• In-person/Telephone Counseling: Individual Sessions
  Sessions can be done in person or over the telephone. Initial sessions are one hour and follow-ups last � hour. In these sessions your current nutrition and health status will be reviewed and discussed and recommendations for change will be provided.
  Fees: Initial Session: $250; Follow-ups: $150
  
  
• 3 and 6 Month Programs
  These extended programs offer 2 1-hour sessions per month for either 3 or 6 months. In these sessions we will deeply analyze all aspects of your life that are out of balance and work on ways to improve your mental and physical health. Books, CDs, DVDs and handouts are provided to support your growth.
  Fees: $350/month
  
  
• Email Sessions
  This is the most affordable choice and offers 4-email exchanges/month for one month. This is best for someone who is basically doing well on his or her own but has questions they need answers for from a professional. All emails will be answered within 24 hours by Lynn Goldstein.
  Fees: $200/month
  
  
• Group Lectures and Seminars
  Call to discuss your needs for seminars. Fees vary

Please note we do not accept insurance. Receipts with diagnostic codes will be provided for you to submit to your insurance. We gladly accept personal checks, Master Card and Visa.
